Attorney Patrick Arnold focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, and business matters.
New England Super Lawyers® Magazine has recognized Attorney Arnold for his practice in civil litigation by naming him to the Rising Stars List six years in a row. The list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.
An active member of the greater-Manchester community, he represented approximately 9,000 residents and taxpayers on the city’s Board of Mayor & Aldermen from 2009 until 2014. During his tenure at City Hall, he fought for streamlined processes and programs to assist local business owners and he was the founding chair of the Committee on Jobs & Economic Development. Attorney Arnold was unanimously confirmed to the city’s Conduct Board in 2014, which investigates allegations of misconduct by elected officials and interprets the city’s ethics code. Since 2020, he has served as a Commissioner of the Manchester Transit Authority.
Attorney Arnold served as a director of the Manchester Development Corporation from 2012 until 2014. He holds membership in the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Library Association, and the Catholic Lawyers Guild. A regular contributor to the New Hampshire Bar News, Attorney Arnold has written on litigation tactics, legal ethics, sunshine law reform, and bibliography.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
